Gujarat Housing Board
Gujarat Housing Board came into existence on 1st May 1960 as a result of bifurcation of Bombay State and Bombay Housing Board and inclusion of Saurashtra Housing Board.
Gujarat slum clearance board merged with effect from 1/04/2007 as slum cell.
The Jurisdiction of Gujarat Housing Board comprises of all state urban areas, i.e. municipal corporations as well as municipal councils, town panchayats and notified areas as well as areas of urban development authorities of Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, Bhavnagar and Jamnagar. Till date, Gujarat Housing Board has constructed 1,76,830 houses in the entire state.

Gujrat housing board gota me mujhe ek flat allot hua hai.after all my paper work,when we went there for handover the keys...we (me nd my family)all disappointed to see the flats...omg how poor nd bad quality provided.kisi darwaje ki kadi nahi lag rahi thi...main door ka v bahoot kheech k lagaya..darwaje ki lakri ka ply parat parat ukhad raha tha...master bed rm ka commod ka cover tuta tha...wash basin v aisa fix tha jo toot kar kabhi v gir sakta tha...hamare kitchen k platform ka boundaries half toota tha...balcony me jo glass ki sliding door hai..wo lock hi nahi hoti..waha se to kabhi v koi aa sakega..nd ham ghar aise chhod k kahin nahi ja sakte...saare pics maine liya aur apne comments k saath Gujarat housing board gota k fb page par upload v kiya...lekin next day maine check kiya ki koi reply hai ya nahi...to dekha ki...they deleated all my pics nd my comments.... iske baad maine chief minister sri vijay rupani k fb page par v ja kar sab likha...waha v koi response nahi......hamara pura payment hone k baad ham aise hi quality deserve karenge gujarat housing board gota se????....jisne v dekha they all were disappointed.....never expected that....very sad.....i do not here any option to upload the pics...i wish i could upload all the pics of my alloted flat..to see others
